Construction of Additional Building Begins at Secondary School No. 72

Within the framework of the state’s education-focused policy led by the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, construction of an additional building has officially begun at Secondary School No. 72 in Yovon district. The new building will consist of 16 classrooms designed to accommodate 800 students in two shifts.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of Yovon district, Ikromiddin Sirojiddin Valizoda, along with representatives of the education sector and local community members.

It was noted that this initiative is being implemented with the support of patriotic entrepreneur Akbar Asadullo and represents a strong example of cooperation between the state and private sector in advancing education. The facility is planned to be completed and commissioned in time for the 35th anniversary of State Independence.

In his remarks, the district chairman emphasized that through continued support of state policy and engagement of local entrepreneurs, the shortage of classrooms will gradually be resolved, creating modern learning conditions for students. It was also highlighted that improving education quality and youth development remains a key priority of the country’s social policy.

The new building will include modern classrooms and is expected to significantly improve both the quality of education and student capacity. In addition to this project, entrepreneur Akbar Asadullo is also contributing to the construction of additional buildings at Secondary School No. 69 and other educational institutions in the district.

During the ceremony, appreciation was expressed to the contributing entrepreneur, and responsible parties were given clear instructions to ensure high-quality and timely completion of construction works.

The start of construction at Secondary School No. 72 represents an important step toward strengthening the material and technical base of educational institutions and ensuring a brighter future for the younger generation.
