Gayur Ecoblock operates Tajikistan's most modern AAC production facility, manufacturing blocks in three density grades — D400, D500, and D600 — to serve the full spectrum of construction needs. Block dimensions span lengths of 600 mm, heights of 100/150/200 mm, and thicknesses from 100 to 300 mm, giving builders precise options for every structural requirement.

The six-stage production line includes automated mixing and pouring, a controlled pre-curing and rising phase, wire-cutting to ±1 mm geometric precision, and autoclave steam curing at 180–200°C. Each batch undergoes testing for density, compressive strength, and dimensional accuracy before dispatch, ensuring every block meets declared specifications.

Beyond the product itself, Gayur Ecoblock strengthens Tajikistan's construction supply chain — reducing dependence on imported materials, lowering project logistics costs, and providing a locally-accountable source of certified building materials for contractors and developers operating in the region.
