About This Project
DILROZ GAYUR was established as part of Gayur Group's strategic commitment to expanding Tajikistan's industrial manufacturing base. Located in Guliston, the administrative center of Sughd Region, the plant covers a total area of 6 hectares, including 20,000 m² of dedicated production space — purpose-built to support large-scale, continuous manufacturing operations.
The plant produces basalt wool, also known as mineral wool or stone wool, which is one of the most widely used insulation materials in modern construction. Basalt wool is made from natural basalt rock through a high-temperature melting and fiber-formation process, yielding a durable material that delivers superior thermal resistance, acoustic performance, fire safety, and long service life.
By bringing locally manufactured basalt wool insulation to market, DILROZ GAYUR addresses the growing domestic demand for high-quality building materials, reduces dependence on imported insulation products, and creates opportunities for the export of Tajik-made insulation across the region.
