Gayur Group in partnership with JV Huaxin Gayur Cement established a new modern cement plant in north region of Tajikistan in 2016. The construction of the plant was started in 2014 on an area of 48 hectares of fallow lands. It became the second largest cement factory in the country.

In order to ensure the stable functioning of the cement plant, a thermal power plant with a capacity of 25 MW / h was built.

The plant was built using modern world technologies, it has established a waste-free production of environmentally friendly products. The plant produces cement grades M-400 and M-500, which meet international standards.
